Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting triton7 support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, less any applicable deductions for outstanding bonuses subject to wagering requirements.
Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12+ months with a positive balance) will be subject to an inactivity fee of RM10 per month. triton7 will notify the Player by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

Players are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the triton7 platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of triton7 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, triton7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses resulting from:
triton7's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling involves financial risk. triton7 is an entertainment platform. Players should only wager amounts they can afford to lose. triton7 accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through normal gameplay.
triton7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, triton7 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where earlier implementation is required by law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of the triton7 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under triton7's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the triton7 platform, you should contact triton7 support in the first instance via live chat. triton7 commits to investigating and responding to all Player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through triton7's internal complaints procedure, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under triton7's international gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available from triton7 support upon request.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest in effect to the original intent of the replaced provision.
